Abstract submission will open soon.
You will need to provide a title (max. 25 words), an abstract body (max. 250 words, please limit this to 1-2 paragraphs), an authors list or speaker name, and affiliations.

You can submit different abstracts to each of the three categories mentioned (eg. one abstract to the early careers session and one abstract to the poster session). Please make sure you use the right form for each session type. If you would like to submit more than one abstract for each one category, please email us at events@owlstone.co.uk.
New for 2025 – late breaking submission! After the intitial deadline closes, we will have a short period closer to the conference date for you to submit any late breaking data.
What happens after I submit my abstract?
We will be reviewing all abstracts after the abstract submission. We aim to email everyone who has submitted a poster abstract shortly after the abstract deadline. If you have not heard from us in 10 working days after the abstract deadline, please let us know at events@owlstone.co.uk.
We would like to add all presenters and abstracts to the conference programme, so we will be asking authors of the accepted abstracts to provide a portrait picture and short biography. We will also ask for presentation slides and recordings ahead of the conference, within these timelines:
