Collect

The Breath Biopsy^® Collection Station provides all the tools you need to collect non-invasive, reproducible breath samples using Breath Biopsy.

The Station includes the ReCIVA Breath Sampler for sample collection, the CASPER Portable Air Supply to exclude background contaminants, and a laptop with the Breath Biopsy Collect software.

Analyze

Have your samples analysed in the world’s only specialist Breath Biopsy Laboratory. We use a custom pipeline built around high-resolution accurate mass (HRAM) gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS).

Our quality assurance process is accredited to ISO-9001 standard to help ensure all samples are processed to the same high level of quality and consistency.

Report

Make use of the HRAM Breath Biopsy Library of over 130 compounds detected on breath using Breath Biopsy. The Library enables high confidence identification of compounds from the results of our GC-MS analysis.

We can also provide detailed reporting and expert interpretation to support the results of your study in the form of statistical analysis, uni- and multivariate analysis, and clinical interpretation of observed results based on established knowledge and published scientific literature.

Breath Biopsy – Sample Collection

The Breath Biopsy^® Collection Station provides the tools you need to collect non-invasive, reproducible breath samples. The heart of our system is the ReCIVA^® Breath Sampler, which is capable of simultaneously collecting and pre-concentrating duplicate VOC breath samples, helping to ensure robust results. Together with the background-reducing capabilities of the CASPER^® Portable Air Supply, our system offers a high signal-to-noise ratio that is optimized for quality VOC biomarker discovery.
